All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Any applicable promotions or discounts will be applied automatically.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Edie & Jean’s is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While USPS Priority Mail is reliable, delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed:

Marked as Delivered, but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
Check with neighbors or your local post office
Contact USPS to file a claim
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the nature of our hair, skin, and fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
