All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our hair, skin, and fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

• Your order arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
   

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
