All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments, which includes:

• Tracking Included: Real-time tracking provided via email

• Delivery Days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday delivery may be available in select areas)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and USPS operations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Any applicable promotions or discounts will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package in real time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Edie & Jean’s is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While USPS Priority Mail is reliable, delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed:

• First, check your tracking information

• Contact USPS directly for updates

• If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us

Edie & Jean’s is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the package has been shipped.

Marked as Delivered, but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

• Check with neighbors or your local post office

• Contact USPS to file a claim

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

All Sales Policy (Hygiene & Safety) 

Due to the nature of our hair, skin, and fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items) 

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

• You received the wrong product

• Your item arrived damaged

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
  

Refund Process 

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
